The fruit comes from Gualtallary in Tupungato, Mendoza, where stony, calcium-carbonate-rich soils are central to the character of the Terroir Unico range. The wine is 100% Chardonnay and the fruit is harvested by hand. The 2021 was made without oak, keeping the emphasis on freshness, mineral tension and texture rather than overt richness or wood influence.
