Yalumba Y Series Pinot Grigio is fresh, lively and easy to like; a South Australian Pinot Grigio that brings nashi pear, baked apple, feijoa and delicate floral notes, backed by crisp acidity and a gently creamy texture. Wild fermentation and time on lees add a little extra shape without taking away from the wine's bright, refreshing character. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio sourced across South Australia, it is a versatile bottle for relaxed drinking, especially alongside pork with apple and fennel, vegetable san choy bow or fresh sushi.

What the winery says:

The 2025 is made from Pinot Grigio grown across multiple South Australian vineyards. The fruit was whole bunch pressed to minimise colour and tannin extraction, then fermented on full solids using indigenous yeast before remaining on lees until blending. Fermentation and ageing took place in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation. Expect feijoa, orange blossom, nashi pear, wild honey, jasmine and rose petal aromas, followed by baked apple and pear skin flavours, succulent acidity and an oatmeal-like texture. The wine is vegan and sits at 12.5% alcohol.
