Whyte Estate Sauvignon Blanc is bright, dry and unmistakably Marlborough; a Sauvignon Blanc that brings together grapefruit, gooseberry and fresh herbal notes with a subtle savoury edge of tomato leaf. The palate has plenty of lively fruit weight, while clean, crisp acidity keeps everything energetic and refreshing through the finish. Whyte Estate was established in honour of the late Joyce Whyte, whose lifelong dream was to have a vineyard and winery. A nicely balanced option for Sauvignon fans who enjoy freshness without losing flavour, and an easy match for seafood, leafy salads or fresh goat's cheese.
