Made from organically grown Central Otago Pinot Noir, this rosé was produced in the pétillant naturel style, with the wine bottled while fermentation was still underway to create its natural sparkle. It was then disgorged for a clean, fresh result. The finished wine is dry and light, with lively bubbles, vibrant fruit and refreshing energy. Mount Edward describes its TED wines as approachable, fruit-driven expressions made from the same vineyards and with the same care given to its estate and single-vineyard wines.
