Pale straw in colour, the wine is full-bodied and distinctively textured, with the richness and depth associated with lees ageing. Exotic spice leads the aroma, while the rounded palate shows quince and nougat. A saline-like minerality brings freshness and definition, carrying the wine through to a clean, dry finish. The finished wine contains 13% alcohol.
