Seresin Zosia Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml | $4.99 Delivery
Seresin Zosia Rosé is Marlborough Pinot Noir rosé with a little more shape and character than your average summer pink. Ripe cherry and red berry fruit lead into an elegant, textured palate, with a savoury saline streak keeping the dry finish fresh and mouth-watering. The fruit comes from Seresin's clay-rich Raupo vineyard in the Omaka Valley, giving Zosia a clear single-vineyard identity. It's bright enough for an afternoon in the sun, but has the structure to work beautifully at the table too. Try it with grilled salmon, prawns, antipasti or a generous platter of charcuterie.
What the winery says:
The 2025 Zosia is made from clone 10/5 Pinot Noir grown at Seresin's Raupo Creek vineyard, which is certified organic and farmed using organic and biodynamic principles. The fruit was handpicked on 25 March and whole-bunch pressed straight away, then naturally cold settled for seven days. The clear juice was transferred to stainless steel for a natural six-week fermentation, followed by three months on lees before stabilisation, filtration and spring bottling. The finished wine is dry at 3.0 g/L residual sugar, with 13.5% alcohol, and is suitable for vegans.
