Ruffino Prosecco Rosé DOC is produced entirely from grapes grown at the winery's Ca' del Duca and La Duchessa estates in Veneto, northeastern Italy. The blend comprises 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir, grown on deep soils rich in rock, sand, clay and iron. The varieties are pressed separately before blending, with secondary fermentation taking place in pressurised tanks using the traditional Charmat method. This process lasts approximately two months, preserving the wine's vibrant fruit aromas while developing fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate pink in colour, the finished wine offers expressive wild strawberry aromas, a fresh and fruity palate and a lively, juicy finish. Bottled at 11% alcohol, it's a wonderfully approachable expression of Italian sparkling rosé.
