Roubine Vie en Rose Cotes de Provence 24/25 This polished Provence rosé from Château Roubine is all about freshness, finesse and effortless drinkability. Across the 2024 and 2025 releases, citrus, peach and crisp red apple sit alongside subtle stony notes, with a Grenache-led blend giving the wine a supple, juicy core. Château Roubine has been recognised as a Cru Classé of Côtes de Provence since 1955, so there is plenty of pedigree behind the pretty pink colour. Chill it well and bring it out for seafood, poke bowls, summer lunches or a very civilised aperitif.
What the winery says:
The 2024 is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 10% Syrah from selected Côtes de Provence parcels. The fruit was harvested at night, followed by two hours of direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel before estate bottling. Its profile combines lychee and citrus with vineyard peach and pink grapefruit. For 2025, verified technical data records a blend of 40% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 12% Tibouren, 11% Syrah and 2% Rolle, with stainless steel ageing and certified organic production.
What the experts say:
