Piron Beaujolais Cadoles is bright, juicy Beaujolais made from 100% Gamay, packed with redcurrant, raspberry and wild strawberry flavours, a gentle floral lift and a lightly tangy finish. Soft tannins and lively freshness keep it light on its feet and wonderfully easy to enjoy. Maison Piron's roots in Morgon stretch back to the late 16th century, and that long familiarity with Gamay shows in this pure, fruit-led style. Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken, a spring vegetable tart or a relaxed cheese board.

The 2024 Les Cadoles is a fresh, fruity and crunchy red made entirely from Gamay under the Beaujolais appellation. The palate is juicy and centred on red fruit, with a bright, mouthwatering finish. Maison Piron recommends serving it at 12 to 13°C alongside appetisers, salads, charcuterie or cheese. It can be enjoyed young for its immediate freshness and fruit, with a suggested cellaring window of one to four years.
