Made from 100% Chardonnay, it layers ripe apple and citrus with vanilla, creamy texture and the warm, toasty character of American oak. Full flavoured but still nicely balanced, it is an easy pick for anyone who enjoys the richer side of Chardonnay while still wanting some freshness in the glass. Pacificana also contributes 1% of its sales to environmental causes through 1% for the Planet. A very comfortable match with roast chicken, grilled fish or creamy pasta.
