Obliix Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a generous Hawke's Bay red from Fistonich Family Vineyards, the wine venture founded by Sir George Fistonich. The 2024 is a Cabernet led blend with Merlot and Malbec, showing dark cherry, chocolate, ripe fruit and a gentle savoury spice. It is shaped for early drinking while keeping plenty of flavour and character in the glass. A very easy choice for grilled steak, slow cooked beef or a rich pasta dish, especially when you want a full flavoured New Zealand red without too much ceremony.
