What the winery says:

Sourced from South Eastern Australia, the Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve its delicate flavours. After crushing, it was fermented in static tanks with automatic irrigators, while selected parcels received American oak treatment during fermentation to add complexity and structure. The wine shows ripe berry and plum fruit with earthy spice, and is vegan friendly. Serve at around 16 degrees with red meat dishes.
