Nautilus Estate Albarino 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Nautilus Estate Albariño brings Spain’s great coastal white grape into a very comfortable Marlborough setting. White peach, mandarin zest and juicy stone fruit meet a subtle sea-spray character, with fine texture and bright acidity driving a long, salty finish. It is dry, energetic and refreshingly different, while still carrying the precision and food-friendly polish Nautilus has built its reputation on since 1985. A particularly smart bottle to have chilled for fresh seafood, scallops, fish tacos or anything involving plenty of citrus and herbs.
What the winery says:
The fruit receives a short period of skin contact before pressing, helping build flavour and texture. The clarified juice is then cool fermented in stainless steel using an aromatic yeast, followed by a brief period resting on yeast lees before bottling. Fragrant white peach, mandarin zest and a hint of sea spray lead into juicy stone-fruit flavours, fine texture and a touch of salinity, with crisp acidity carrying the wine through a long, zesty finish.
