MiniMi Rose Mediterranee 24/25

MiniMi Rosé Méditerranée is a bright, breezy southern French rosé from Vins Bréban, blending 70% Grenache with 30% Cinsault. Pale candy pink in the glass, it brings together delicate red fruit, floral notes and a light citrus lift, with a supple texture, refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish. It is easy-going without feeling forgettable, making it a smart bottle to keep chilled for sunny afternoons, casual lunches or an impromptu aperitif. Serve it alongside grilled fish, prawns, tapas or lightly seasoned chicken.

What the winery says:

The fruit comes from a 30-hectare vineyard near Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, planted between 360 and 420 metres above sea level. Soils range from clay and limestone to bauxite, sand and marble. The Grenache and Cinsault are cooled before direct pressing, followed by cold settling and temperature-controlled fermentation at 15 to 17°C. Vins Bréban describes the wine as pale pink, complex and elegant on the nose, with floral and red fruit notes, a fresh, supple palate and good length. Serve at 10 to 12°C.
