McGuigan first ferments a Shiraz wine, then uses low-temperature spinning cone technology to gently remove the alcohol while retaining its delicate fruit flavours. The finished wine is entirely grape-derived, with no artificial sweeteners or flavours, and is vegan-friendly. It contains under 0.05% alcohol, with 45g/L residual sugar and 6.4g/L total acidity. Winemaker Jamie Saint presents a drink-now style with plum, forest berry, vanilla and spice aromas, followed by sweet blackcurrant flavour and a balanced finish.
