LXRY Brut Sparkling NV

LXRY Brut Sparkling is a fresh, bright Australian fizz from Quarisa Wines, led by Glera with a splash of Riesling for extra lift. Expect crisp apple, lemon and grapefruit alongside juicy orchard fruit, a touch of floral character and subtle bready complexity. The palate is lively and dry, with an energetic mousse and clean, refreshing finish. Made by experienced winemaker John Quarisa and inspired by his Italian heritage, LXRY brings a Prosecco-like sense of fun without taking itself too seriously. What the winery says:

LXRY is made from 75% Glera and 25% Riesling, with fruit sourced from Riverland and Padthaway in South Australia. The grapes are cooled before clarification and fermentation, with selected yeasts used to emphasise fresh fruit character. A second fermentation takes place in pressurised tank using the Charmat method, preserving the wine's bright, youthful style and lively bubbles. The wine is also confirmed as vegan.
