This mixed dozen brings together Locations reds from France, Italy and Spain, each shaped by Dave Phinney's rule-bending approach to blending across regions. Expect bright raspberry, cherry and cranberry from France, darker black cherry, fig and warming spice from Italy, then ripe plum, dark berries, tobacco and earthy spice from Spain. The common thread is generous fruit, smooth texture and plenty of flavour. A smart case for dinners, barbecues and relaxed weekends, with enough variety to keep things interesting from the first bottle to the last.

What the winery says:

The French Red blends Grenache, Syrah and assorted Bordeaux varieties sourced from the Rhône, Roussillon and Bordeaux, delivering red raspberry, wild strawberry, cranberry and cherry with bright acidity and chewy tannins. The Italian Red combines Negroamaro and Nero d'Avola from Puglia with Barbera from Piemonte, showing black cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, fig and blueberry with a silky texture. The Spanish Red draws on Grenache, Tempranillo, Monastrell and Carignan from Priorat, Jumilla, Toro, Rioja and Ribera del Duero, with ripe plum, dark berries, earth, spice and tobacco. All three are barrel aged for 10 months before release.
