Les Jamelles Reflets Secrets Rosé is a polished Pays d'Oc rosé with more going on than its delicate pale colour might suggest. Made from Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault, it brings together raspberry, cherry, grapefruit and orange zest with rose, verbena and a subtle peppery lift. The palate is rounded and generous but kept lively and fresh, finishing with grapefruit and yuzu. Catherine Delaunay draws fruit from three contrasting Pays d'Oc terroirs, with Mourvèdre providing the cuvée's distinctive signature. A smart choice when you want rosé with a little extra flavour and presence, whether poured as an aperitif or alongside tapas, seafood and Mediterranean dishes.

Reflets Secrets is sourced from three complementary terroirs in the Pays d'Oc: the Mediterranean-influenced Béziers coastline, the sandy soils around the Étang de Thau, and the clay-limestone hillsides near Narbonne. The blend combines Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault, with Mourvèdre playing a key role in the wine's aromatic richness and structure. Selected juices from each variety are fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel before blending, then the wine is matured on fine lees in stainless steel for six months. The finished rosé is pale, expressive and fresh, with red fruit, citrus, floral notes and a long, lively finish.
