La Gioiosa draws its grapes from the Prosecco DOC area of Treviso, encompassing gently rolling hills and alluvial plains. Whole grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing, with the resulting must held in temperature-controlled tanks before sparkling wine production. The result is a fresh, fruit-driven Prosecco with fine bubbles, floral aromatics and a pleasantly dry finish.
