Invivo X, SJP Sud de France Rosé is pale, dry and bright; a South Provence rosé that brings pink florals, red berries, strawberry, fresh herbs and a lightly mineral edge, with savoury detail keeping the fruit in check. The 2024 blend is 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 20% Syrah, sourced from the Roy René vineyards around Lambesc, Saint-Cannat and Rognes. Sarah Jessica Parker blends each vintage with Invivo co-founders Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron, so this is more than a name-on-the-label collaboration. Crisp enough for an aperitif and textured enough for the table, it is an easy match for grilled fish, goat's cheese or a proper Caesar salad.

The 2024 is the sixth vintage of this French rosé, made with a family estate in Lambesc, South Provence. The blend is 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 20% Syrah. The fruit receives a brief whole-bunch maceration before soft pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel to almost complete dryness. The wine then matures on lees in stainless steel, while malolactic fermentation is prevented to retain freshness. Invivo describes a pale pink wine with pink florals, red berries, herbs and mineral notes, leading to strawberry, rose petal and fresh herbs on the finish.
