Houchart Cotes de Provence Rose 2025

Houchart Côtes de Provence Rosé is a characterful Provençal Rosé from a historic family estate at the foot of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, near Aix-en-Provence. Its blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren offers a little more colour and rounded texture than the palest modern Rosés, while retaining the freshness that makes the style so appealing. Bright, dry and versatile, it is an excellent choice for warm afternoons, relaxed entertaining or serving alongside seafood, salads, goat's cheese and gently spiced Asian dishes.

What the winery says:

The 2025 vintage has a bright salmon-pink colour, achieved naturally from its traditional Provençal grape varieties. Aromas of red fruit, peach and grapefruit lead into a lively, fresh palate with citrus flavours and generous roundness. The grapes are grown on coarse clay and limestone soils, with most varieties directly pressed before cool fermentation at 18°C to 20°C. The wine is bottled soon after harvest to preserve its youthful fruit and freshness.
