Grande Cuvee 1531 de Aimery Brut Rose is a bright, polished Crémant de Limoux from Sieur d'Arques, blending Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir and made by the traditional method. Salmon-pink in the glass, it brings strawberry and raspberry fruit, a creamy mousse and fresh acidity, with enough texture to make it more than just party fizz. The 1531 name nods to Limoux's long sparkling-wine history, where sparkling wine was recorded at the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire in that year.
