Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc is built to taste like the real thing, because it starts out as one. Giesen craft a full-strength Marlborough and Waipara Sauvignon Blanc first, then use spinning-cone technology to gently lift out the alcohol before blending the delicate aromatics back in. What's left is properly varietal: lime, redcurrant and lemon shortbread on the nose, citrus, blackcurrant and passionfruit through the palate, finishing crisp, dry and juicy. It drinks like classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, just without the following morning, and it's an easy match for a Thai green curry or anything else with a bit of chilli in it.

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc begins as a full-strength Marlborough and Waipara Sauvignon Blanc, made with the same care as Giesen's traditional wines, before spinning cone technology gently separates out the aroma and then the alcohol. The captured aromatics are blended back into the wine to preserve its distinctive nose and varietal character. The result is a dry, refreshing style with lime, redcurrant and lemon shortbread aromas, and citrus, blackcurrant and passionfruit flavours, well matched with a Thai green chicken curry.
