Made from a full-strength New Zealand Riesling grown across Marlborough and Waipara, this wine goes through Giesen's spinning cone process once fermentation is complete, gently separating out the aroma and then the alcohol before the aromatics are blended back in. The result is an off-dry style with lime, citrus blossom and elderflower aromas, zingy lime and ripe mandarin flavours, and crisp acidity balancing its gentle sweetness.
