Gemtree Wines Luna Rose is a fresh, easy-going McLaren Vale rosé made from 70% Grenache and 30% Tempranillo. Rose petal, cumquat and strawberry lead the aromas, with ripe cherry, strawberry and a delicate touch of lychee following on the palate. Soft, gently textured and dry, it has enough fruit to keep things generous while remaining bright and highly drinkable. Gemtree's organic and biodynamic approach adds extra appeal. The 2022 Luna Rose combines 70% Grenache with 30% Tempranillo from McLaren Vale. It opens with attractive aromas of rose petal, cumquat and strawberry. Strawberry continues through the palate alongside cherry and a delicate lychee character. The wine is soft, textural and easy drinking, and is best served chilled. Gemtree farms its McLaren Vale vineyards using certified organic and biodynamic practices, with a focus on healthy soils, biodiversity and sustainable viticulture.
