Elephant Hill Tempranillo Rose 2025

What the winery says:

The 2025 is 100% Tempranillo from Elephant Hill's EARTH vineyard in Bridge Pa, where the variety is planted in warm, deep soils. The fruit was given a brief period of skin contact to gently extract colour and flavour before fermentation. The wine was then matured entirely in tank without oak, preserving its dry, aromatic and refined style and its nuanced fruit character.
