Doom Juice Rosé is where the whole cult began, the first wine to come out of the Sydney outfit that turned "made in hell" into an Australian natural wine catchphrase people queue for. Bone dry, wild-fermented from organic Riverland Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, it pours with ripe strawberries, peaches and cream and a bright Campari snap that keeps things lively. Chill it hard and drink it fast; genuinely good value for something this moreish.

Made by Doom Juice in Sydney, this rosé is crafted from organic Riverland Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, wild-fermented with native yeasts and left unfined and unfiltered to preserve its natural texture. Bone dry with no residual sugar, it delivers a nose of fresh strawberries, peaches and cream, with a hint of Campari-like bitterness and citrus zest giving it extra lift.
