Don Hugo Rose

Don Hugo Rosé is a light, easygoing Spanish Rosé made from Tempranillo grown in the high-altitude vineyards of La Mancha. Its bright berry fruit, gentle floral character and refreshing finish make it an approachable choice for relaxed afternoons, summer entertaining or casual meals. Serve well chilled with seafood, grilled chicken, fresh salads, pasta or a simple cheese platter.

What the winery says:

Pale salmon pink in colour, with aromas of strawberry and delicate rose petals. The palate is fresh and refreshing, showing flavours of red berries and stonefruit. The Tempranillo grapes are grown at 790 metres above sea level and receive 24 hours of cold maceration before the free-run juice is fermented at 16°C.
