Chateau de Saint Martin Rose & Roll Provence Rose is a bright, fruit-forward Provence rosé with peach leading the charge, followed by apricot and pear and a lovely saline edge through the palate. Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache give Rose & Roll its easy charm, while a short maceration and cool fermentation keep things fresh and lively. It comes from Château de Saint-Martin, a family wine estate in Provence dating back to 1740, and sits within its By Saint Martin range. A cracking choice for sunny afternoons, grilled prawns, Niçoise salad or simply opening when the rosé mood strikes.

What the winery says:

Rose & Roll is an IGP Méditerranée rosé made from Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache. The winery gives the fruit a short 4 to 6 hour maceration before alcoholic fermentation at 16 to 17°C. Bottled at 12.5% alcohol, it forms part of the By Saint Martin collection, which combines the château's own grapes with carefully selected fruit and wines from trusted neighbouring growers and producers.
