Chateau Bel Esprit Cotes de Provence Rose is a fresh, polished Provence rosé built around Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, with delicate citrus, white peach and greengage plum leading into a crisp, finely structured palate and a lightly spicy finish. Made by Les Domaines Montaud in the heart of Côtes de Provence, it has the pale colour, finesse and easy refreshment that make this style such a dependable warm-weather choice. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, Mediterranean dishes, Thai flavours or simply as an aperitif when the sun is doing its bit.
What the winery says:
The 2024 blend is Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, harvested in September 2024. The fruit undergoes cold skin maceration before pressing, followed by temperature-controlled vinification and ageing in vats on fine lees. The wine is then fined and filtered before bottling. The finished wine is 13% alcohol, with citrus and white peach aromas, fresh structure and a gently spicy finish. The recommended serving temperature is 8 to 10°C.
