Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rose brings a breezy taste of southern France, combining Grenache and Cinsault in a dry, bright and immediately refreshing style. Floral aromas and fresh raspberry lead into white peach and crisp orchard fruit, with lively acidity and enough texture to keep things interesting. Made by the renowned M. Chapoutier team, this is polished rosé without unnecessary fuss. Chill it well for an aperitif, or pour alongside grilled prawns, fresh seafood, summer salads and Mediterranean dishes.

What the winery says:

The Grenache is grown on east-facing clay and limestone soils, while the Cinsault comes from predominantly sandy soils on the plains. The grapes are harvested at maturity to balance freshness with ripe fruit. Made entirely as a pressed rosé, the juice receives minimal racking before a cool 15-day fermentation. The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless-steel or concrete vats for three to four months, building volume while preserving its clean acidity and floral, red berry and white-fleshed fruit character.

What the experts say:

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, 93/100, 5 Stars (2025)
“Pristine and delicate, the bouquet shows raspberry, Gala apple, and lemon peel nuances, leading to a finely flowing palate that's focused and lingering. Well supported by beautifully integrated acidity, making it refreshing and immediately appealing. At its best: now to 2027.”
