A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with the red grapes vinified as still red wine before blending, gives the wine its soft pink hue and gentle red berry character. Expect aromas of strawberry and citrus zest, leading to a creamy, precise palate with a light raspberry finish. Aged on lees for three years, it carries real finesse without losing freshness.
