Brilla Prosecco Rose DOC NV

Brilla Prosecco Rose DOC is a polished Italian pink fizz with plenty of visual sparkle and an easy, fresh drinking style. Made from Glera and Pinot Nero, it brings peach, green apple and lemon together with acacia and rose, wrapped in a fine, bright bead and a rounded palate. Brilla's distinctive textured bottle takes its cue from the facets of a drop-shaped diamond, so it looks the part before the cork is even pulled. Pour it well chilled for aperitivo hour, celebratory drinks or alongside grilled fish and mushroom dishes. Fresh, floral and neatly balanced, it is Prosecco Rosé with a little extra theatre.

What the winery says:

The Glera and Pinot Nero grapes come from the Prosecco DOC area across defined provinces in Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. After gentle pressing and settling in steel, fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, followed by a second fermentation in autoclaves using the Martinotti-Charmat method. The finished wine is light rosé with fine, bright bubbles, showing peach, green apple, lemon, acacia and rose. Brilla describes the palate as fresh and light, with balanced acidity and a rounded structure. Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with grilled fish and mushroom-based dishes.
