Bostock Vicki's Vineyard Pinot Gris is an elegant and aromatic Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris with ripe pear, apricot, ginger and delicate honeysuckle notes. Richly textured yet beautifully balanced, it carries a gentle hint of sweetness into a fresh, pleasantly dry finish. Hand harvested from Vicki's Vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle, this is a polished and versatile white with plenty of character.
What the winery says:
The grapes were hand harvested and cooled overnight before a long, gentle whole bunch pressing. The juice was settled for 24 hours before fermentation, then rested on its lees for several months with periodic stirring to build texture and complexity. An elegant, aromatic expression of Pinot Gris. Beautiful varietal notes of spiced pear and finely structured to be perfectly adaptable to a wide array of foods.
