Bogle's Cabernet Sauvignon spends 12 months in one-year-old American oak barrels. It opens with lifted aromatics of black cherry, mint bush, juniper berry and baking spice, moving into vibrant red fruit and a fleshy, generous mid-palate. The tannins are textured but refined, giving gentle grip rather than harshness, while red cassis and red licorice add further depth.
