Bijou Terre De Providence Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml | $4.99 Delivery
Bijou Terre De Providence Rose brings easy Southern French charm to the glass, with bright berry fruit, honeysuckle and citrus over a pale pink, dry and refreshing palate. Made from Cinsault and Grenache grown on schist-dominated soils in the foothills of the Black Mountain, it has enough flavour and texture to feel satisfying while crisp acidity keeps every sip lively. This is a very handy rosé for warm afternoons, shared plates and unfussy dinners, especially alongside shellfish, grilled fish or a Mediterranean salad.
What the winery says:
The 2025 blend is 60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache from selected Pays d'Oc vineyards between Saint-Chinian and Faugères. A wet spring replenished water reserves before a hot summer accelerated ripening, while cooler August nights helped retain freshness and aromatic clarity. The varieties were harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel at low temperatures, then blended. Expect bright berries, floral honeysuckle and citrus, with crisp acidity and a long, delicate finish. The wine is HVE certified and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
