What the winery says:

The 2022 is sourced from Tempranillo field-blend vineyards averaging around 35 years old, planted between 450 and 620 metres on sandstone and limestone marl soils. The grapes were hand harvested, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, followed by around 12 months of ageing in large wooden vats, concrete tanks and stainless steel. The winery describes pure cherry, red berry and thyme aromas, with a medium-bodied palate that combines freshness, fruit weight and firm, fine-grained tannins.
