La Vieille Ferme Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
La Vieille Ferme Rose is the easygoing pink from Famille Perrin, blending Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah into a dry, lively style. The 2025 pours petal pink and brings rose, crushed strawberry, vine peach and pear-drop notes, finishing with a clean saline snap. It is bright enough for an aperitif yet has enough fruit and texture for tomato salads, chargrilled chicken or a relaxed summer lunch. Chill it well, keep an extra bottle nearby, and let the little chicken on the label make good French rosé pleasingly uncomplicated.
What the winery says:
The 2025 is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. Grapes are picked from late August to mid-September in the cool early morning, then pneumatically pressed. After settling, the must ferments for around 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with the finished wines held in steel and lightly fined before bottling. The winery describes a petal-pink rosé with silvery highlights, rose and crushed strawberry aromas, then vine peach and pear-drop flavours on a lively palate, ending with a refreshing saline note.
