Champagne Ayala Rosé Majeur Giftbox is finely drawn pink Champagne with enough red-fruit generosity to feel celebratory, while remaining unmistakably fresh and precise. Wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant meet vine peach, delicate florals and a subtle chalky edge, carried by fine bubbles through a long, softly rounded finish. Chardonnay leads the blend, giving this more lift and elegance than many richer rosé Champagnes, while Ayala’s characteristically low dosage keeps everything bright and composed. Presented in a gift box, it is ready for when just the bottle will not quite do.

Rosé Majeur is led by Chardonnay, supported by Pinot Noir and a smaller portion of Meunier, with Grand Cru red wine adding colour, fruit and structure. The Champagne spends an average of three years ageing on lees and is finished with a restrained dosage of 6g/L. Red berries and vine peach lead into redcurrant and raspberry, with Chardonnay bringing freshness and an airy feel to the palate before a generous, persistent and fruit-driven finish.
