Organico Pet Nat is a bottle-fermented field blend of four grape varieties grown organically in Marlborough, New Zealand, made using the traditional pétillant naturel method where the wine is bottled before primary fermentation finishes, capturing its own natural bubbles with no secondary yeast or sugar added. It shows citrus and pear character on the nose, with good texture and length on the palate, and a naturally cloudy, minimal-intervention style. Best served well chilled, it makes for an easy match with light seafood, charcuterie or simply on its own.
