Rapaura Springs Reserve Chardonnay is a rich, flavour-packed Chardonnay from the family's Marlborough home vineyards, built around honeysuckle, white peach and nectarine layered with fresh citrus. Toasty vanilla and subtle spiced oak frame the fruit, the result of fermentation with 25% new oak, while a partial secondary malolactic fermentation softens the wine and adds extra texture and complexity to the palate. Sourced from selected vineyards chosen for concentration and palate weight, it delivers real depth without losing its bright, citrus-driven core.

Rapaura Springs' Reserve wines are crafted from selected vineyards chosen for their flavour concentration and palate weight, reflecting the family's Marlborough home vineyard and its natural spring water source. For the Reserve Chardonnay, fruit is pressed and racked clear before the juice is fermented with 25% new oak.
