Chiarli Il Mio Lambrusco Bianco is a bright, lightly sparkling white Lambrusco from Modena with soft sweetness, lively acidity and a refreshingly modest 7.5% alcohol. Expect delicate white fruit and floral aromas, a smooth, fruity palate and fine bubbles that keep everything cheerful rather than heavy. Chiarli has been producing wine in Emilia since 1860, so this easy-going bottle comes with plenty of Lambrusco know-how behind it. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, alongside light pasta or with a relaxed picnic spread.

What the winery says:

Made from a blend of Lambrusco grapes using white-wine vinification, the red grapes are softly pressed before the must is cold settled. The resulting semi-sweet sparkling wine is straw yellow with light green tones, showing white-fleshed fruit and gentle floral notes. Fine, persistent bubbles lead into a smooth palate with pleasant acidity and an aromatic finish. It is vegan friendly and best served chilled at 8 to 10°C.
