Bryterlater Brambles Rose 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml | $4.99 Delivery
Bryterlater Brambles Rose is a playful North Canterbury Pinot Noir rosé from sommelier turned winemaker James Graves-Opie. The 2025 release sits at a nimble 11.4% alcohol, pairing juicy red-fruit character with a savoury, gently bitter edge and plenty of freshness. There is more texture here than in a simple poolside pink, but it remains firmly in the refreshment camp. Serve it well chilled with charcuterie, grilled salmon, tomato-heavy antipasti or anything that suits a sunny afternoon and a second glass.
What the winery says:
Bryterlater works with organically farmed fruit from selected North Canterbury sites and takes a low-intervention approach in the winery. Brambles Rosé is Pinot Noir-led, with carbonic maceration and maturation in old oak helping build its soft, delicate texture. The flavour profile leans towards maraschino cherry and bittersweet, Negroni-like savouriness, giving the wine a distinctive herbal and red-fruited character alongside its easygoing freshness.
