Zonin 'Cuvee 1821' Prosecco DOC NV
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Zonin 'Cuvée 1821' Prosecco DOC is a bright, lively Italian sparkling with crisp orchard fruit, delicate florals and a fine, refreshing mousse. Made from Glera grown in the Prosecco DOC area of north-eastern Italy, it combines green apple and pear with wisteria, citrus and a subtle almond note. Fresh, harmonious and easy to enjoy, it is a polished choice for celebrations without requiring a special occasion. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, pour it with antipasti and seafood, or use it as the base for a classic Spritz.
What the winery says:
Made from 100% Glera using the Charmat method, the wine is bright, pale straw yellow with a fine, clear mousse and delicate bubbles. The aroma is pleasantly intense, fruity and aromatic, with notes of wisteria flowers and Renetta apple. The palate is fresh and harmonious, finishing with the light sweet-almond character typical of Glera. Zonin recommends serving it at 5 to 7°C as an aperitif or alongside light, delicate dishes.
