Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Case Buys Only | 6 x 750ml
Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is an exuberant expression of Dillons Point, Marlborough's most expressive Sauvignon Blanc subregion, grown in alluvial, coastally-influenced soils. Fresh and crunchy red apple leads into tropical pineapple and mango and fresh basil, framed by a distinct salty minerality and impressive palate weight. The palate is just dry, with ripe apple and tropical fruit carried by saline acidity and a light leesy texture that builds length. Immediately pressed to minimise skin contact and fermented with a variety of yeasts for extra complexity, it's a widely awarded, mouth-watering style built for drinking through 2028.
What the winery says:
2025 was a vintage where patience was rewarded. A warm spring created ideal growing conditions and abundant crop loads, which were carefully thinned to lift fruit quality, while cool January temperatures extended ripening and built palate weight and aromatic intensity. Harvest began in mid-March, working block by block as each site reached optimal ripeness. The grapes were pressed immediately to minimise skin contact, capturing expressive aromatics and vibrant flavours, with a variety of yeasts used during fermentation to build palate weight and complexity.

"Fresh and crunchy red apple, tropical fruits of pineapple and mango, fresh basil, a refreshing wine bursting with flavour. Just dry on the palate with a core of ripe apple and tropical fruits framed by a saline acidity and chalky textured fruit tannins. There's a light leesy quality adding texture and length. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2028."
