Graham Norton's Shiraz is proof that a good celebrity collaboration doesn't need to take itself too seriously. Sourced from the McLaren Vale and Wrattonbully districts of South Australia and blended each vintage by Graham Norton himself alongside the Invivo winemaking team, this medium-bodied red is generously fruited with blackberry, black cherry and a touch of warming spice, carried on a silky, supple-tannined palate built for easy, early drinking rather than long contemplation. It is the kind of bottle that turns a Tuesday roast into a small occasion, and proof that television hosts moonlighting as winemakers can pull it off rather well.

What the winery says:

Graham Norton's Shiraz draws its fruit from two well-regarded South Australian districts, McLaren Vale and Wrattonbully, and is blended each vintage with Graham Norton personally involved in shaping the final style alongside the Invivo winemaking team. The wine is built around ripe dark berry and red berry fruit with a savoury, spiced edge, given a soft, silky texture and supple tannins that make it approachable early. It is bottled under screwcap at 14.5% alcohol, styled as a generous, food-friendly red suited to grilled meats and simple weeknight cooking.

What the experts say:

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, 91/100 (2021 Vintage)
"Sweetly fruited and immediately appealing, the wine shows blackberry, dark cherry, warm spice, rich floral, and hazelnut aromas. The palate displays succulent fruit intensity with savoury nuances, splendidly framed by silky texture and supple tannins, finishing flavoursome and delightfully drinkable. At its best: now to 2030"
