Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris is an aromatic, softly textured Pinot Gris with ripe Nashi pear, baked apple and exotic spice at its core. Rosewater and glacé ginger add lift and complexity, while refreshing acidity keeps the generous, mouthcoating palate fresh through a long, gently spiced finish. A versatile match for Asian-inspired dishes, seafood or roast pork.

Ripe Nashi pears are complemented by exotic aromas of sweet spices, baked apple and spicy glacé ginger. The wine is fresh and vibrant in the mouth with a soft, mouthcoating texture balanced by refreshing acidity. The fruit received a period of skin contact before gentle pressing, with the juice fermented in seasoned 500-litre French oak puncheons to enhance its aromatics, balance and texture.
