Rosabel Dry Rose is a pale, bright southern French rosé with strawberry, raspberry and fresh peach flavours, crisp acidity and a smooth, dry finish. Made from Grenache and Syrah by Barton and Guestier, it delivers the clean, refreshing Mediterranean style that works equally well before dinner or alongside it. Short skin contact keeps the colour delicate and the fruit lively, while cool fermentation protects freshness. Chill it well and pour with grilled fish, chicken, summer salads or pizza. It is easy-going without being simple, and a smart bottle to keep ready for sunny afternoons, shared lunches and last-minute guests.

What the winery says:

Rosabel is a Vin de France rosé made from Grenache and Syrah. The vineyards include varied soils such as sand, clay, chalk, schist, gravel and pebbles, with a warm, sunny and windy Mediterranean climate. The grapes are crushed, given a short maceration and fermented at a controlled low temperature. The finished wine is pale pink, with strawberry and raspberry aromas, a smooth, fresh palate and a long, fruity aftertaste. It is vegan friendly and sealed under screwcap.
