Made from Grenache and Syrah by Barton and Guestier, it delivers the clean, refreshing Mediterranean style that works equally well before dinner or alongside it. Rosabel is a Vin de France rosé made from Grenache and Syrah. The vineyards include varied soils such as sand, clay, chalk, schist, gravel and pebbles, with a warm, sunny and windy Mediterranean climate. The grapes are crushed, given a short maceration and fermented at a controlled low temperature. The finished wine is pale pink, with strawberry and raspberry aromas, a smooth, fresh palate and a long, fruity aftertaste. It is vegan friendly and sealed under screwcap.
