Produced and bottled in France, this sparkling rosé combines Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache. It has an attractive rosé colour, persistent mousse and numerous fine bubbles, with forward red fruit and citrus aromas leading to a balanced, fruity palate. The producer recommends serving it at 8°C as an aperitif, in cocktails or alongside red fruit desserts.
