Louis Perdrier Brut Excellence is made from a blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin, Folle Blanche and Menu Pineau. The base wines are selected from French production regions, then assessed and blended at the cellars in Beaune. After a second fermentation, the wine receives extended ageing on its lees in vats. The result is pale yellow with gold hints and fine bubbles, offering fresh fruit aromas, citrus flavours and a soft, rounded finish. Alcohol is 11%.
